Moonlight & Company is the strategic counsel for the multi-hyphenate generation. And the brands building for them.
VP, Director, partner-track, or fractional. Inside tech, finance, consulting, healthcare, law, consumer, and creative. They read the FT on Saturday, Feed Me by Emily Sundberg on Substack, and one too many other subscriptions. Career capital inside the company. Not enough pull outside it.
They run a P&L. They manage a team. Their calendar is booked to the minute.
They have a Substack. A side practice. An angel portfolio. A thesis in motion.
They speak. They write. They get quoted. People DM them at midnight asking how they do it.
They run more than one thing. We help them join the dots.
Internal tenure doesn't translate to external pull on its own. We turn the senior operator's career capital into a public voice that opens the next door.

Personality-led businesses outgrow their founder's bandwidth long before they outgrow the founder's voice. We build the voice, the audience strategy, and the editorial system that lets the company sound like them even when they're not writing.

Innovative women leaders don't engage with traditional brand channels. They live in members-only Substacks, trusted communities, and the kind of WhatsApp groups your media plan can't buy into. We provide two things: a genuine seat in the room, and the insight that comes from being there.

Tennessee Watt is an award-winning brand and audience advisor. She counsels the operators building portfolio careers, the founders whose personality is the brand, and the companies trying to reach them, at the intersection of brand, audience, and ecosystem. Named one of Startups Magazine's 23 Most Influential Women, she has been featured in Forbes, Business Insider, PR Week, and Adweek.
She knows both sides of the room. She built her practice in the gap between them.
She holds an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where she focused on AI and entrepreneurship, and a degree from Imperial College London. At Google she led developer marketing for the Tech Equity Collective, growing the newsletter from zero to 5,000+ subscribers and authoring the announcement of its $1M Impact Fund. At Brunswick she advised global technology and financial-services clients on brand narrative. At Amazon she shipped a 0-to-1 pilot projecting $18.6M in annual savings. She has also built her own audience from zero: 14,500 on LinkedIn, and 437 on the Moonlight Club waitlist pre-launch. The thesis of Moonlight & Company is built from the inside out.
Book a fit call →Tennessee developed this beyond just a guide into a practical tool we use across our activities, culminating in an interactive workshop. These activities have stimulated interesting conversations and helped individuals become more inclusive in their marketing and communications.
Tennessee understood the brief, came back with ideas to make the toolkit better, and produced the perfect kit for us. Interesting, insightful, and extremely relevant to the current times.
